We help you throughout the entire process, from finding the right neighbourhood, virtual tours and finally streamlining the paperwork needed.

We provide excellent contacts with private owners and a stream of individuals renting houses or apartments, we are the partner for conveniently finding the right accommodations for you in Värmland!

Here’s how

1. You fill out the registration form and we book an introductory meeting online.

This first meeting is free of charge and aims to understand what you are looking for and how we can assist.

2. We contact property-owners/brokers in search for your new home

We keep continuous communication based on our search, giving you the possibility to choose the best options to view.

We charge a small startup fee before contact to property-owners/brokers. 

3. We attend viewings for you

A virtual tour is provided to you with photos, videos and information.

4. We maintain contact with the owner to streamline your contract process and assist with finalizing the paperwork

Rate: SEK 25,000 in total

Initial fee: SEK 5,000 – To be paid if you wish to proceed after the intro meeting. Payment must be received before contacting the landlords/brokers

Service fee: SEK 10,000 – Payment must be received prior to property viewings

Final payment: SEK 10,000 – Payable after the contract is written
